6. Visit the ZOO
Inaugurated in 1973, the Singapore Zoo is among the highest in the world and home to an area of ~ 25 hectares and more than 2,800 animals representing over 300 species of mammals, birds and reptiles. Outside the joy of meeting with many animals, visitors have the opportunity to interact directly with them (under the supervision of a guide) – caresses participating to training, feeding or taking part to real lessons of biology.
The Zoo is open for visitors between 8:30 and 6:01 p.m. A ticket costs 22 $ SG for adults and 14 $ SG for children between 3 and 12 years. The entrance for children under 3 years is free.
