The water is very important for the human body. Water is part of most cells in the body (except fat), covers and lubricates joints and the brain.

It carries nutrients and waste away from body cells, helps in body temperature regulation by redistributing the heat from active tissues in the skin and cools the body through sweat.

Did you know that water represents more than half of your body weight? Water is the main constituent of the human body: normally, 60% of a man body and about 50-55% of  a woman body.

Your body depends on water to survive. Every cell, tissue and organ in your body needs water to function properly.  Water is essential for a good health. I have found some advices and I want to share it with you. Here are some tips for staying hydrated.
