Peel the potatoes, cut them in half or leave them whole if they are small and put them to boil. Let it boil for 15 minutes, the potatoes must be soft. We make a sauce of chopped tomatoes, finely chopped parsley, garlic, salt and pepper.
When potatoes are ready, drain them of water and arrange them in a tray greased with oil. Pour over the sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 – 30 minutes, until golden brown.
