– 6 slices of baguette
– 1 head of garlic
– a few slices of prosciutto
– 100 g goat cheese
– 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
Right before serving, slice up your bread. If the bread is a thin baguette, I slice it on an angle. Place slices on a cookie sheet and toast it until golden. Then you must remove the tray from the oven.
After that I put the garlic in the oven set to minimum and let it bake for about an hour. Wait to cool and remove cloves in a bowl. Pass it with a fork and mix with olive oil. Brush the baguette slices with the garlic sauce, and put the goat cheese slices on the top of each bread slice and place in a pan. Bake about 10-15 minutes at the oven at 170 degrees, then turn on grill and let them for 2-3 minutes to catch a nice color.
Top it with the prosciutto and the lettuce and serve.
