Tuna Pasta Salad
Ingredients (2 servings)

– 150 g pasta shells (penne or fusilli)
–  2 cans of tuna in brine
– 200 g cheese or feta cheese
– 100-150 g olives
– 5-6 cherry tomatoes
– 3 tablespoons chili sauce
– 1 onion
– 2-3 cloves of garlic
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– salt and pepper
Tuna Pasta Salad
Method:
Boil pasta in a large amount of water with some salt and a few drops of olive oil. Meanwhile we make the sauce, stir –fry the chopped garlic and onion for 5 minutes in 2 tablespoons of oil, then add the chilli sauce and half a cup of water and let it simmer for about 15 minutes, add water if needed. Drain the pasta and place in cool bowl.

Tuna Pasta Salad

Allow to cool for a bit. Then mix the drain pasta with the sauce, the well drained tuna, the olives and the tomatoes cut in half.
Place the salad on a plate and add the cheese cut into cubes and sprinkle with a little bit of oregano.Let’s not forget that we have about 160 calories per 100 grams.
