Ingredients (2 large servings)
– 1/2 (500g) small cabbage, shredded
– 2-3 medium carrots, peeled, grated
– 100-120 g light mayonnaise
– 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
– few stalks of celery (optional)
– salt and pepper
Place the cabbage and the grated carrots into a large bowl. Toss to combine. Mix the mayonnaise with the apple cider vinegar and the finely chopped celery stalks. Season with salt and pepper. Toss gently to combine. Serve.
